Is TrailSense open source?
Not currently. TrailSense is a managed platform. You sign up, connect your agent, and start reviewing conversations right away. We’re focused on making the experience as simple and reliable as possible before considering an open-source path.
How long does it take to get started?
Less than 15 minutes. Install the SDK, point it at TrailSense, and conversations start showing up in your Inbox immediately. Your team can be reviewing and flagging issues the same day. No complex setup, and no pipeline to build.
How do I connect my AI agent?
TrailSense ingests traces via OpenTelemetry. We recommend using Traceloop’s OpenLLMetry SDK. It’s open source, supports all major LLM providers and frameworks, and takes just a few lines of code to instrument your agent.
Can I integrate with Linear or Jira?
Not yet, but it’s actively being worked on. Right now, issues are tracked natively inside TrailSense with statuses, priorities, assignees, and comments. Linear and Jira integrations are coming soon so issues can sync directly into your existing engineering workflow.
Can I deploy TrailSense in my own cloud?
Not yet. TrailSense is currently available as a managed cloud service. We know self-hosted and bring-your-own-cloud deployment matters for teams with strict security or compliance requirements, and it’s on our roadmap. Reach out if this is a blocker. We’d love to understand your needs.
